This Privacy Policy explains how AMDG Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information when you use the NetSuite Related Transactions Tree Viewer Chrome Extension (the "Extension"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding data processing.

1. Overview & Core Privacy Commitment

NetSuite Related Transactions Tree Viewer operates on a zero-tracking, direct-access architecture. We do not operate external servers to store, process, or transmit your NetSuite data. All operational requests occur directly between your web browser and your official NetSuite instance.

2. Information Accessed and Used

A. NetSuite Transaction Data

• Scope of Access: The Extension accesses NetSuite transaction data exclusively through your active, authenticated user session within your browser.
• Purpose: This access is strictly required to execute SuiteQL queries and render the relevant visual data or tree views within the Extension interface.
• No External Transmission: No transaction data, user credentials, or session cookies are ever sent, saved, or exposed to any third-party server, analytics provider, or external database. All SuiteQL requests travel directly between your browser and your own NetSuite domain via standard API calls.

B. Local Storage Usage (chrome.storage.local)

• Scope & Purpose: The Extension uses the chrome.storage.local API solely as a temporary buffer to pass structured tree data between internal contexts of the Extension (such as between background scripts and popup or side-panel views) within the same active browser session.
• Retention: Data stored in chrome.storage.local is cleared immediately after it is read by the receiving context. We do not retain data in local storage across browser sessions, nor do we sync this data to your Google account (chrome.storage.sync is not used for transaction data).

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

• No Third-Party Analytics: We do not track user behavior, usage metrics, or telemetry using third-party analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• No Selling or Transferring of Data: We do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer your personal data, company data, or transaction history to any third parties for marketing, advertising, or any other commercial purpose.

4. Google API Service User Data Policy (Limited Use)

The Extension's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Security

Because all communications occur directly inside your browser session and pass through your organization’s existing NetSuite authentication and SSL/TLS encryption, your data benefits directly from NetSuite's inherent Enterprise-level security controls.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect functional updates to the Extension or legal requirements. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
